-Working knowledge of computer architecture, network communication, ubiquitous computing and software engineering
-Well aware of integrated operation platform design and development process, software architecture, application development and interface
-Experience of Integrated Operation Platform part of U-City or Smart City equivalent project
-Experience in software application development
