• In partnership with Regional Product
Merchandising team, identifies potential gaps in line plan, makes
recommendations for possible Quick Strike and Special Make Up product needs
• Drives effective go to market strategy by
product type – flow, models, skus, price consistency, margin, and franchises
Go To Market Process
• May own the process and information flow
from categories to regions and in some cases countries. Supplies data to sales for creation of sales
tools.
• Collaborates with and hands over to sales
the seasonal GTM strategies.
• Creates marketplace assortment using
analytical data such as trends, sell-through and consumer insights.
• Collaborates with Regional Category
Merchandising teams on assortment planning to support the Global Category
Strategy and hit regional marketplace deliverables.
Financial Management
• Resolves any pricing issues across
categories.
• Owns cross-category revenue targets by
season including regional profitability and margins.
• Creates and updates seasonal forecasts. |
