1.     Portfolio & Profitability Management: Analyze contribution margin analysis by product, customer, segment, and make recommendations to maintain an optimal product and customer portfolio. Forecast the optimal portfolio composition based on the sales plans and the cost conditions (corn price, cost structure, utilization, exchange rate, etc).
 
2.     Price management: Develop pricing scheme based on profitability analysis to have Sales manager load pricing discussion based on profitability analysis
 
3.     Business Planning Management: Support and develop the annual sales target and monitor performance with regards to profitability, product development and Sales plans targets.

1.     Bachelors or Master degree in Business Management   related field.
2.     Four or more years of experience in Sales, and/or Panning & Analysis.
3.     Good understanding of cost/profit structure.
4.     Analytical skills including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and support recommendations and plans with facts and data.
5.     Communication skills including written communications, presentations, ability to interact with other functions.
6.     Excellent verbal and written English skills to communicate with affiliates, Asia/Africa Division, CPO and overseas partners.
7.     Computer skills with proven proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8.     Planning, time management, and project management skills
9.     Capability to solve problems through creative, innovative solutions and challenge traditional methods of accomplishing tasks.
