1. Demonstrated ability to develop and ute strategies to support the achievement of business goal and financial objectives.
2. Demonstrated strong negotiating skills including the ability to set export/import strategy and market research skills
3. Eight or more years of experience in Consumer or Industrial Marketing with strong background or experience in Marketing, Sales and/or Export/Import business
4. Analytical skills including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusion and support recommendations and plans with facts and data
5. Excellent verbal and written English skills to communicate with affiliates, APAC Region, International and overseas partners.
6. Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Marketing, Food Science/Engineering or related field |
