· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting related field.
CPA, CMA or cost accounting experience are pluses.
· Six or more years of experience in Finance.
· Knowledge and understanding of differences between various cost accounting methodologies is required. Must be able to analyze financial results and assess financial/strategic impacts of business decisions
.
· Must have a working knowledge of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and working capital analysis.
· Demonstrated experience and knowledge of utive information systems, with advanced knowledge in the use of Excel. SAP knowledge is desirable.
· Strong written, and verbal communication as well as presentation skills. Must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner.
