´ã´ç¾÷¹«  l Develop clearly defined strategies and objectives in terms of Sales, Distribution, and Merchandising of Assigned KA channel in line with Sales plan
l Ensure monthly promotion plan & ution and develop merchandising & implementation guide line working closely with Trade marketing
l Be accountable for the necessity and results of local campaigns and promotions and ensure all necessary Retail approvals are obtained.
l Maintain relationship & partnership with assigned account based on excellent communication/ negotiation skill and business acumen in order to enhance customer satisfaction & retention
l Manage the assigned account KPIs, particular in sale volume, profit margin and visibility target
lTranslate the company goals into team specific actions and business plans. Control and monitor performance and results.
lEnsure promotion plan, projects and account management come in within budget
lPromote a high performance by setting clear expectations and individual goals
lEvaluate the competencies of store managers on a regular basis and provide prompt feedback and guidance to drive high performance
lPrepare meeting agenda and presentations on the regular basis

Çз  University degree
°æ·Â l5-8 years KA management experience (minimum 3 – 4 years KA HQ management in FMCG experience is essential)
l Effective management of sales operation budget for KA channel
lExcellent Communication skill / Negotiation Skill, Interpersonal Skill, Leadership
lGood command of MS excel, power point and other Microsoft office programs
lGood English communication skill –both written and verbal
