Marketing Activity
Planning
Yearly marketing activity planning for all North Asia accounts
aligned with global and regional brand strategy and deep-rooted in shopper and
consumer insights, ensuring to deliver brand performance target in terms of
volume, NSV, TP and market share.
A&P Budget Management
Yearly
A&P budget planning based on marketing calendar by account and by brand.
Monthly A&P tracking to review A&P spending status and P&L and
make revision, when necessary, to be responsive to external market environment.
Pre M&E for all marketing activities to evaluate the promotion
efficiency.
Quality Execution and Evaluation
Implement the marketing
activities flawlessly to maximize short term and long term sales growth and
profitability
Depletion tracking and field feedback gathering on a regular
basis to monitor the quality ution of the promotional activities
Make
sure all the activities are compliant with the Company marketing code
Post
M&E for all marketing activities to take key learning
Agency
Management
Grounded focused briefs to align agencies and inspire them to
deliver breakthrough ideas
Clearly defines the role and responsibilities of
the agencies for focused outcomes.
Builds authentic and robust relationship
Regular evaluation and feedback on their performance
Agency training on
the Company Code of business conduct and the Company Marketing code
Customer Relationship
Build strong relationship with key customer
contacts to gain customer and consumer insights, understand customer dynamics
and eventually find out further business opportunities.
Share our promotional
plans with customer on a regular basis
^^ Requirements

To succeed in this role the Trade Marketing Manager will:
Have at
least 9 years+ marketing & commercial sales experience, preferably gained
within a retail and/or consumer goods environment. Category management
experience is an advantage.
Possess language skills appropriate to the
customer environment (English and Korean are mandatory, while speaking Japanese
would be a benefit)
Have the ability to create and inspire energy for their
plans and ideas.
Be a strong influencer, with a range and adaptability of
style.
Be expert in the generation and interpretation of shopper and consumer
insights.
Be highly analytical and data literate, understanding and
evaluating the profit impact of their actions.
