category growth strategies and growth drivers.
They develop differentiated
shopper and consumer (on premise) shopper marketing campaigns that grow the
category and our brands¡¯ share. They support the JUBP process.
- Adopts a
disciplined approach to build shopper, consumer (on trade), category, customer
understanding and integrates it into the customer plans
- Execute Activation
Platforms that are aligned with the Category Growth Strategies
- Work jointly
with customers on business fundamentals in category management and logistics
- Deliver regular range and space reviews with key customers
- Develop
and ute customized shopper and consumer (on trade) propositions, 360 joint
marketing campaigns that drive category growth
- Execute brand activity plans
effectively at retail
