• Work with
the client together with the Sale Account Director to understand their business
and technical requirements.
• Coordinate RealNetworks¡¯ technical resources
(Professional Services and Product Engineering) to define solutions to meet the
requirements of the customers.
• Support solution presentation to technical
and business contacts in the client organization.
• To be a point of
escalation for any technical issues during solution discovery, deployment or as
part of the support process.
Requirements
• Four or more years
of technical presales or technical account management experience in the mobile
internet, telecommunication market.
• Track record of designing business and
technical solutions in the mobile and telecommunication marketplace.
•
Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills, also verbal and
written communications in both Japanese and Korean or Japanese and English.
•
Experienced at building rapport and trust with business and technical contacts
at all levels in client organizations.
• Fluent in Japanese and Korean (Both
Spoken and Written)
• University degree in education, Business, Sales or
related field.
