key Responsibilities
1.     Incentive program analysis and costing per region
2.     Drives consistency of position evaluation process
3.     Coordinates merit process
4.     Develops processes that will tie compensation practices
5.     Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and company objectives
6.     Keeps apprised of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance
7.     Oversees the management of employee and  retiree benefit programs that are cost effective and market competitive
8.     Ensure company compliance to country specific benefit programs

Çз  Business degree (HR Focus and/or MBA prefered)
